Hi peeps, just thought I'd put this up for a fellow monkey..(MERV ) he's collecting parts for a trike build..and maybe using an mx5 Mazda rear axle? And I said if he uses a motorbike engine it's possible the rotation maybe the wrong way ? So any info solutions would be nice?

It will also depend on the bike engine. Kawasaki you will have to turn the axle over Honda you don't. not sure on the others

Should be fine if Merv is still going for a Reliant engine/box. Nice compact, self contained, IRS, that has the advantage of having fully adjustable geometry. Just a shame that the coil over tops mount to the body and not to the subframe. Though I should imagine these would need changing for something slightly lighter and top mounts could be added to the frame.
