Windswept & weather beaten in blustery, breezy Britain.
On top of Watership Down in Berkshire this morning -yes, the one with the rabbits. The author lived locally.
I'm not a hot weather person & struggle when the sun's blazing, so Autumn suits me fine.
I'm on holiday for a couple of weeks & everyone tells me I should go away somewhere, but to be honest, I'm quite happy here.

You don't look so happy. I'm sure if we'd seen that face in passport size we would assume you'd been arrested!   I get it, it's not easy to take a selfie in a breeze on top of a hill. There is plenty to see in the UK if you are not looking for the sun and are happy to do some driving. I hope you enjoy your break.  |

I'm very happy -honest! I just have a miserable face Might have a few days in Scotland if I can find a hotel room, (struggled last time I went. I go for the tranquility & emptiness, but the tourist trade's really picking up, up there). Or maybe back to New York. Or quite probably just a couple of weeks at home. Just nice to have a break. Happy, happy! |
