Just been told the old guy who gave me this B type has passed away. Seems prostate then  Bladder cancer finally got him. Glad I managed to keep him informed of the progress I made. Feel like I should push on with it now for his widows sake.  Cry

it steers it stops !! if only it had some wires connecting odds and sod together  Grin Tomorrow anothers day. Plus been let down with the side panels.

another big day, starter and alternator, water pump, all overhauled and back on the engine, permanent I hope. It had to be done, so with a couple of jumpleads and a piece of wire I connected it to a large battery. YES, it spins over nice and quiet no nasty knocks, so well happy. Now the hard work, sorting out this wiring loom !!
