Maybe worth considering modifying the rear torque arm which is currently in compression as oppossed to tension (similar 'concern' to Manky's).  Wink

To quote Sir Manky with respect to his torque arm:  http://www.mankymonkeymotors.co.uk/forum/index.php?topic=7916.msg225106;topicseen#msg225106

The rear brake torque arm needs some modification. Not a lot, but the current set-up means that under really heavy braking it'd be possible for the caliper to move over-centre & swing around the disc. A second locating tab on the frame should fix that.
