From thier website   http://www.whitedoveevents.org.uk/white-dove-about-us.html

The White Dove Collector's Transport Show was conceived over a decade ago by our Chairman and Treasurer, John Turner. He had the idea of organising a small-scale gathering of classic cars and motorcycles to raise money for Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice Care.

Over the last ten years the show has grown, moved to a considerably larger venue and now attracts a wide range of cars, motorcycles, scooters, military and commercial vehicles.

The small (but very dedicated) White Dove Committee works through the year to plan the event and the show now boasts an auto jumble, trade stalls, live music, a bar and hot food.

The White Dove Collectors Transport Show continues to grow but
 the aim remains the same:

"Raise money for Phyllis Tuckwell through a gathering of veteran, vintage and classic vehicles."
