Fuel pipe for a renault

A friend has a problem because she can't get a fuel pipe for a 6 year old Renault (not sure of model) - honestly, Renault can't supply one!  She thinks it's a problem because of a high pressure system or some such - surely somewhere there's a fiorm which can fabricate one using her original connections?

Thanks Andy, I've passed the info on, and thanks BD6, I thinks that's the way she may go as there's a Pirtek place only a few miles from her.
