Sounds like a lot of work mate. Is that an aftermarket kit?

About 40 years ago i trained as a motor vehicle refinisher so the size doesnt bother me its all been done once but i do cheat i have all air tools and a 165 lt tank compressor so the DA gets used alot , though all the filled areas are done by hand , the hard bit will be the colour sanding i start at 800 then 1200 ,1500, 3000 and at times 5000 then mop it ,i use Meguirs 105 & 205 and then hard glaze , but thats a bit away yet im working on the rear wheel spats which are made just the extensions onto the doors and rear end , then blanking the back side windows , i was going to weld the back doors up but i have had an idea on that if it works to they will look as if there welded but still have access ,

Rear wheel spats made need a little easy sand and slight adjustment then its on to the rear end new lights roll pan thinking about making stainless bumpers on heavy brackets after a twat ran in to the back , was om Morrison's car park and this twat in a BMW parks behind me but used me to stop so i jump out and say do you want to have another f-----  go he said why whats up his number late is on the floor and not a mm between the motors he said sorry my sensors didn't work , no this guy is only about 35-40 and British how do they get bloody licences not a mark on the Beast theres me thinking if i had a good bumper fitted his front end would have been on the floor

Cheesy It's amazing how quickly you get used to having technology. I drive a van all day that has front & rear parking sensors. When I get in my own car to go home I'm still waiting for the sensor to beep, even though it hasn't got any.

Spent most of Friday on motor managed to flat last of filler with 80 grit on the DA , then got a coat of barcoat sealer on and a  coat of grey primmer in between rain drops ,going to put another 3-4 coats of primmer then start to stick some putty on the thing theres still a lot of body work to do but wanted it all one colour for the 18th love Loughbourgh show with the Charnwood Cruisers ,so will do it in sections so it can be reprimmered easily
