The St Mary's Trophy Race Pt1 on a wet Saturday. (Pt2 was the following day)
Close racing all through the field of around 30 cars with loads of overtaking and close-fought battles
All cars are A30 or A35 saloons and mechanically identical (sealed/tagged engines & gearboxes, and parts from specific approved suppliers to a certain spec)

The Barry Sheene Memorial Trophy runs a race on the Saturday and another on the Sunday.
Part way through each race there's a rider change, so when the victors do their parade lap, the single seat race bikes get a bit cosy with both riders on board.
This is Glen English with John McGuinness pillion - note the big cigar that's given to the podium riders.
The bikes a Fred Walmsley prepared 1953 Manx Norton 500
