Reliant seed spreader

Mr Lunatic's workshop, where I seem to spend most of my spare time, is on a farm on the outskirts of Basingstoke in Hampshire. Lots of agricultural machinery laying about, including this -most ingenious use for Reliant parts?
A home made spreader plate bolted to the propshaft flange spins around & flings the seed/animal feed from the container as it's towed along. Simple, but clever.
