Always have done as far as I know. Kennedy do loads of adaptor plates. Why not just swap in an engine and box, then just make up mounts and modify the prop, might be easier than an adaptor plate and messing with clutches, input shafts, throw out bearings etc?

They are in the states but they make off the shelf adapters, but thinking about it I doubt they will do what you are after. I guess your best bet is to find a small local engineering place, we have someone near us, but I've no idea how much it might cost!

Try Whengparts  for laser cut brackets etc , always been very reasonable in my experience and will quote if you supply a pattern ie made to pattern Econoline 6 exhaust flange £35.

They got back to me within an hour, "about £100" was the reply. £100, how the hell can they do it at that price? ANSWER, I don't care, I'm having one.
