bit more progress this afternoon.
put infill in above door but ended a little bit wavy!!!!!!

Try folding the panel top edges before welding them in place.

good idea, but was'nt heat that warped it, me cutting with snips!!! yes all sheet cut by hand.

think i'm sorted with an engine. Grin

just been sent video of engine running. all good.

looks like i will have to put my electrical head on as even the gearbox is ecu controlled, but some have said it only tells you your speed.

no engine yet, but bought some more steel sheet, for roof, and thicker sheet for doors as they'll sit over bodywork like model a fords.(no door gaps to fiddle with!!!)

just had delivery of some steel, oops thats bigger than i expected.

going to be used as belt line along doors(from handle) around back to other side.

don't know if it will look to chunky? its ...kin heavy!!! the doors will shut with a clunk!!!

Get them to take it back (as long as you haven't cut it up ). They may just refund the money rather than send a courier.
