I'm sure this event normally clashes with something else, so I've never been before.
A 90 mile trip along the M3, round the M25 & up the A1 brought me to Old Warden Park, near Biggleswade in Bedfordshire. A lovely venue -huge showfield, plenty of camping, (for those that do the C word), no problems with access, plenty of public parking space, a reasonable entry fee. Very good.
Apparently it rained a couple of times on the Saturday, but there was nuthin' but blue skies all day on Sunday, which was the public show day.
A huge turnout of vehicles, with some beautiful examples of the builders' art, lots of trade stalls, a separate food area & a funfair for the kids. Like most big weekend events, not everyone bothers entering the Show n Shine, so I had a mooch around the campsite too. Being a little further North, there were lots of cars I hadn't seen before at the Southern shows, but still some familiar faces to chat to.
A good day out.

Chris's Victoria won a trophy.

Spike's pick-up.

"Totrods" are becoming increasingly popular -& more detailed. This sedan won a trophy. Powered by a moped engine.

Inappropriate use of the possessive apostrophe. Tsk.

First person I bumped into was Anton in his Buick engined T bucket. Parked on the end of a line up of 12 Ts.
