I liked the Sunbeam that way as well, but they are quirkey motors and only Sunbeam parts will fit. I fancy a 4 sitting in my Sunbeam frame, have swapped an old custom Triumph frame for an NSU motor, just need the Nimbus box to complete the drive line.I will use any Jap rear drive that turms the right way.
Unless I sell the frame first Roll Eyes
Need more time/money/space/sanity

If I can't get £150.00 for the frame it will just sit on the shelf until such time as I have the funds to build the 4, I do not need to sell it that badly, well I do but I will not let it go cheap Angry. Just think myself lucky that I have a shed full of projects and a wife that understands(ish).
Still need that Rod pickup though!!!!!!
Will keep an ear out for a truck cab for Mr Flap.

I SO wanted that Pop pickup! Sanity prevailed though -sort of. Would've been my ideal daily driver, but need to cut back a bit & get the current crop of projects finished. I'm planning on winning the lottery this week though.

Shaun.
If you still have the frame after xmas, do you still want to flog it?
I have been wanting to build a Reliant engined bike for years. I have a Dnepr gearbox and modified flywheel here already, just need a frame.

What I am planning is to sell a  Robin ( bought it to break but it is too good)
and put the money towards my projects.

The Frame comes with a V5c hence the price, it has the plunger suspension in place which can be adapted to take a Dnper rear wheel.
I do not want to sell it but I am brasic so unless I win the lottery it will still be up for grabs after crimbo.
I will temporarily put your name on it Wink

Brill.
I just hope I can flog this piggy.
They are going for £750 and over on ebay. Just looking at the picture of your frame again. I dont think the pig engine would fit as it stands cos the alternator sits down on the right where the downtube curves around.
I think it would need a new wider bottom section, or relocate the alt.
