Yeah, I thought about offering a swap for the Consul, but, to be honest, I need to clear the decks a bit, finish what I've got, then build up some cash before looking for new obsessions projects. Besides which his ad actually said no swaps cos he's clearing garage space too.

Hmm, Flap keeps saying he's going to put in for his bike test via the Territorial Army & that he'd like to build a bobber next. Mind you, Loony was talking of going the bobber route too in the pub last night.

reliant motor hooked up to a Sunbeam gear box no problems, its the Sunbeam rear drive thats the weak link.
but a chap in Leicester has cured that by fitting a Ural drive.
