Another view of it, found by Kapri.
O.K, the centre section's horrible, but I really like the wheel pods on the front. I'd replace the grille section with a rounded nose cone & I'd want to be crouched down into it a bit more with the bodywork flowing around me so it's a bit more aerodynamic. Maybe extend the tail so it flows a bit more. Like an art deco vision of what future transport might look like. Interesting.

Now, a beetle shell with a 'busa back end with single fat back wheel I could see working. Yes I know you could build a 200 bhp beetle engine but....

I'm amazed that the bloke who created the Manky Mobile would prefer an admittedly shiny but otherwise lobsterish thing, to something which at least looks like someone put work into it rather than just throwing money at people to create it!

I refuse to be cowed on the Lobster! I still like it, so bleurgh!  Smiley
It's all about breaking away from traditional styles & trying something different. Doesn't always work, (there's usually a reason why certain styles become accepted & others don't), but I like this. I like it's curviness.

I'm more of a Pringles man myself, though I did see a mint chocolate flavour at Christmas, which is just wrong.

Well said Andy. When all is said and done, taste is a very personal thing and everybody has the right to be wrong Grin Grin Grin

There is a vw trike similar to this in the states but its a reverse trike.
Regarding the other trike i agree with you on all of your points Andy. I think the person that built it has done well but could have been so much better if your suggestions were there, if you know what i mean.
Your next project maybe?  Grin
