I need to know how much throw I need to build into the clutch pedal , how far does the clutch lever on the box need to move ? either in degrees of rotation or horizontal movement and lever length .

Hand brake , how far does the lever on the backplate need to move .

Clutch arm = 147 between centres, normal movement =35mm, movement required to disengage clutch =17 to 20mm approx.
Handbrake arms movement will depend on adjustment but mine are about 4 to 5mm at clevis.
Hope this helps.

Normal clutch pedal ratio is around 4 or 4.5:1 ,same as standard automotive brakes.
