I've had high blood pressure for about 10 years. Treated and ok now. I bought a little wrist BP meter from boots. tells me my pressure and pulse. Its great for peace of mind |

Hello Folks As most of you are aware, the end of April saw me having an ICD (Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator) put into my left shoulder. This means NO MORE electric welding for me...EVER, so things slowed down in workshop and have to rely on mates calling in to do welding for me. Im not ever allowed near anyone else who is welding, not allowed to use plasma cutter, petrol chainsaw/strimmer etc etc. My basic heartrate is now 30 to 40 beats per minute, nornal rate is about 70, so way too low to function without the ICD. Im still doing bits in workshop as still have a trike to finish, just going to take me longer this time. Hope each and every one of you are OK. Take care  |
