Makes a change for someone to own up . Despite us over at ACE dealing with at least one a month ( that's those who manage to find us ) people still say it's not happening Angry . Doesn't help that those caught, and helped,  won't own up for fear of looking ...well I don't don't know what but it makes us at ACE look like scaremongers when we KNOW it's happening regularly .

With VOSA now doing ALL DVLA inspections I expect the number caught to grow .

Yep you are spot on.

VOSA have an interest in this. In order to viable financially they will be happy to make themselves useful and if they catch enough people you can expect the rules to be tightened further.
