The Wellington bomber (designed by Barnes Wallace) that's on display was retrieved from its murky resting place way back in 1985 (the best part of 30 years ago). I can even remember the TV news covering the event.
The Hurricane, as best as I know has finished it's restoration. The engine was a recent addition (a gift me thinks), and they just managed to get it running for the recent (75th ?) celebrations.
Blue car on page 4 is (I think) a very rare Iso Grifo. Italian made with a Chevrolet V8 under the bonnet.
