I thought everyone kept their speed down very well - when I was in front, every time I got up to 50 I lost everyone!

Just been out to the shed to check the mileage on the enfield.
It was on 3114 when I left Aldershot on Sunday morning at 8am. And on getting home at 21:50pm its now on 3473 !!! Thats an incredible 359 miles I did on Sunday. Bloody Hell! No wonder I was brain dead on Monday at work.
As for next year, how about all meeting up in the New Forest and spending the day together, eating drinking and playing silly games. I'll bring the swingball! and I promise to bring some food with me this time (thanks Tazet and Andy)

By the way, I had a great time on Sunday at Monkey World, meeting our boy Micky. It was also interesting putting peoples faces to the names on the forum. Somehow people just don't look how you'd imagine them to.

Yeah, we had fun too. We had several frisbees in the boot of the car waiting to be chucked, but I think everyone was happy just to chill out in the sunshine. We also had a trophy with us, but couldn't decide on a suitable recipiant, so it's become a nice paper weight in my flat until our next run. So I guess we must've travelled something like 300 miles from civilisation here in Basingstoke, to the wilds of Dorset. Still waiting for you lot to send in your favourite snaps of the day so I can make up the Photo Gallery by the way.

I took hardly any and they were mostly rubbish - except maybe this one? You could just take it off here if you want it....

Not a problem its easier for me to take too much as I knew some peps were on bikes and wouldn't have much space to Carry stuff. Next time I'll bring more variety.

Slowly catching up with stuff that needs posting on the site. Many thanks as always to the magnificent Mr Yodles for adding the words, which I scribbled down this afternoon. The memory's fading already so I'm trying to get stuff written before the details evaporate forever. By the way, the heading on this write up was Tazzie & my first attempt at graphics, using ClipArt & Microsoft Word. Cool huh?
