dont know whether this is the right place but here goes im having a clear out at my  parents bungalow both now deceased and there is a pair off oxy accetelene bottles boc i think but may be wrong where do i get rid off them they have been there for donkeys years if i ring boc will they collect or would it mean me taking them back to nearest boc depot ?

you have two options either call boc and see what they say
or
take them to your local cleanie they have there own caged storage faciltiy for them and they return them for you
but down side is you need to take them to them they wont collect

boc charge rent on their bottles about 10 pounds a month so make sure you dont end up with a bill for back rental charges

Yep, I got caught like that a few years ago. Best to say that you have cleared out a garage and found the bottles.
