That'd be great. I'll pass them on to her. Will be nice to meet you. We're not organised at all this year. Absolutely nothing done yet. So if anyone wants to help out, feel free! When Taz & I split up, the metal A4 sized information boards we've used for the last couple of years got left behind. They've since been scrapped, so we need a way of displaying an A4 sized sheet of paper next to each vehicle, (just owner's name, vehicle model, any interesting features, that kind of thing). Maybe plywood boards tacked to a peg to push into the ground, something like that? Any ideas? We should have either Loony's gazebo, as used in previous years, or Brock's race transporter lorry with it's pull out awning, but haven't got any seating, tables etc. We need a way of displaying the website banners too. I'm thinking some of these. 6 foot cardboard cut out palm trees. Stapled to stakes, whacked into the ground, with hooks to hang the banners on. Needs a dry day & not too much wind of course. Ideas? We also need to organise the vehicle line-up. Always seems to descend into chaos, so would be nice to have a plan -& someone to implement it. Oh, & donuts. We definitely need donuts.

That's very true Neil! Hopefully this'll be the first year I don't have to rent a trailer to get my Pop there.

I always have to rent one from TrailerTek, which makes it an expensive weekend. We're still trying to find a way of getting Chris's Moggy Minor there & possibly Bob's Reliant trike.

We always had a big trailer at work for moving the digger but sold it a couple of years ago.Surprising since then how often it would come in handy Was going to see if i could put my chevy on your stand but doesn't look like i'll get it rebuilt in time, work keeps getting in the way!!

You know you'd be very welcome Mate. We've also got Book Him Danno's yellow '57 this year. Get it built, quick!

I have a 3x3 popup gazebo I could bring along if you need one. If you're lucky I might even bake a cake or two! Nathan

We've always used Loony's gazebo thingy, but it takes out crack erection team, (really ought to think of a better name for them), about an hour to wrestle it into submission. I swear it comes out a different size every year. My brother's bringing his race transporter along, which usually has a large pull-out awning attached to it, which would be ideal. He & Mrs Brock aren't racing this year though & think it'd be too much hassle to fit & dismantle for one day. I hope to persuade them otherwise. Cake? How much cake can you fit in the boot of your Galaxie?

My gazebo goes up in about 5 minutes, but it might be too small for everyone. I think the galaxie will hold more cake than a whole bunch of manky monkeys could consume!
