Found this for sale in Aldershot (Mankey Monkey Shire neck of the woods) and the seller is "Monkeym5"

It doesn't say anything about registration so I guess it's not, would that make a difference?

Bit odd that it's MonkeyM, it does sound like he's trying to hitch himself to this particular star, maybe to give himself credibility?
