Re-scheduled Monkey World Visit - SUN 21/10/12Hi All,
As you know, the last visit was postponed because of our delightful summer weather.
Our group ticket is about to expire so we have arranged a last chance visit in order not to lose the visit completely. Now it is likely this date won't be suitable for everyone but it was a matter of finding a date that didn't clash with other events in the short time we have left.
I have the ticket (as I live nearby and can be there to make sure we get in) so if you meet me at the entrance at 11 am, I will get us all in and then as usual, we can do as we please. In October, they close at 5 pm but 11 am allows those travelling from further afield to leave home at a reasonable time, while still allowing 6 hours in Monkey World.
I know this date isn't going to suit everyone and apologies for that, but we just want to make sure at least some you, especially those of you who contributed towards Micky's adoption, can get to see him and have a fun day out. The ticket allows 30 people in for free so let's use it. If more than 30 want to come along then obviously those who contributed to Micky's adoption will have priority but we will cross that bridge if and when we come to it, so come on folks, get those picnics packed!
