A reply from Kev, ("Kapri").
He can be found at the ACE website

http://www.the-ace.org.uk/

The car equivalent of biking's MAG & BMF & knows just about everything there is to know about vehicle regs. Thanks Kev.

Trikes are tested by VOSA not DVLA. VOSA is safety and compliance, DVLA is licencing and registration.having said that VOSA stations are being transferred to ATF, ( Authorised Test Facilities). Basically commercial Lorry dealers will provide facilities with VOSA personnel working there. However they do NOT have to offer BIVA or MSVA testing so expect to have to travel further.

We have asked DVLA what will happen when the offices close about identity inspections and they haven't decided still. Re services at DVLA offices they say they will offer more online and that there will be 6000 'other' places where 'shop front' services will be available.

cheers
Kev

Sounds about right, make a plan to shut down services, agree a date and then wait to see who pops up with a query/complaint so you can fill in the details.  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

They could have just said "We don't know"
