new front end purchased but the stem dont fit the frame so out with the bread knife a little more chopping blue tac the old on the new and bobs yer uncle

very thin plate just a mock up to make sure they fit hopefully the boy should have made some 6 or 8mm so they can be fitted this weekend

just noticed in the photo of brackets being chopped off with grinder, there seems to be a battery under the back of trike. sparks + battery = BANG!!!!!.... suggest you move it right out of the way. build looking good, keep up the good work

6mm plates made with shim 8mm way too much 6mm with shim was a little too much so 6mm fitted

6mm seemed ok but the disc wouldn,t run true, after a lot of head scratching tightening of nuts slacking off of same ,the answer smacked me in the face ,we only had 2 studs in to hold the disc in place so popped in a couple more and hey presto running true
