Hi,
    Has anyone any details on building a raise/fall bench? I built one last year but im not happy with it Sad so looking for design ideas for new one.info on rams ect would also be good.
    I would appreciate any input, thanks

managed to find  a raise/fall hospital bed, cut the top of and replaced with my own bench top. magic Smiley

When Manky and I went to Wales the guy we saw had a converted X-ray machine as a bike lift. On it he had a Yamaha WildStar.  Grin
