Doug, owner of Waldham Engineering in Basingstoke, Hants & member of the Guzzlers car club, could do them, but I don't think he'd be cheap. Loony's Dad now has a lathe & milling machine in the workshop & is open to doing small one-off jobs. Getting hold of the material might be a problem though, unless you can supply it.

Not really I use Mallards for work and also when I need metal myself as you can buy as much or as little as you need. Many places have minimum order either amount in cash or weight. RS normally supply 3 meters of everything so I'd rather buy exactly what I need rather than have loads of extra hanging around. I'm sure there are cheaper places but not found another supplier that sells by the inch.

I've just had to buy 3mtrs stainless tube more than I need as my local metal dealer only sells 6 mtr lengths. So that looks a good deal
