Can't tell the manufacture, but Acewell make a range of similar units, with a whole range of options as to what they display. Lots of custom bike folk use them, as do the Enduro racers. as far as I know they have a very good reputation.

I had a bike (motorcycle) with a Halfords (cycle) trip computer/speedo. Worked of a magnet being attached to a wheel, and a sensor that picked up a signal every revolution. Just had to enter the rolling diameter into the device and Robert's ya Father's brother.

Im using one of those Vapor speedos. Easy to set up 9once youve read the instructions about 50 times! Roll Eyes. Made a pod for it to sit in,lots of features including trip meter etc works very well.
