Veloce publishing have a series of really well illustrated books (loads of photos) covering titles including cars, trucks, buggies, cafe racers, police cars, three wheelers, American Woodies, drag cars, drag bikes etc etc etc

Have a look at Amazon for the titles. Prices are around £12 each

http://www.amazon.co.uk/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias%3Dstripbooks&field-keywords=%22those+were+the+days%22&x=11&y=19#/ref=sr_pg_1?rh=n%3A266239%2Ck%3A%22those+were+the+days%22+veloce&keywords=%22those+were+the+days%22+veloce&ie=UTF8&qid=1324989283

i've got the drag car and drag bike books already and have just ordered their 'new' book about the Brighton Speed Trials

Well,I had a couple of DVD's off the missus for Xmas, "On any Sunday" which I first saw in the Cinema in Douglas, its premier in the UK I believe, in 1971, and another perennial favourite over there during race week, George Formby's "No Limit", brilliant!! but the flyable, remote control, helicopter one of my boys bought me really is the biz. so I sit there flying it now, with a 7th Cavalry hat on!!!!....Morrag
