his father runs the bloody sorting office so it is a waste of time moaning to him

what is a reasonable time to get your post or am i being unreasonable their is only about 80 houses in the village but he stops and talks to everyone and goes in for tea to their houses

For those who don't know, yeah, I'm a Postie! And no, I'm not getting involved in this one!

Our post arrives any time from 1000am to 4.30pm.  We don't have a regular postie any more, they seem to send us all the really thick ones.  Had to sign for a parcel the other day while I was trying to talk to someone, it took the postie about 5 mins to find the right bit of paper and get it the right way up, then he didn't have a pen!

And this isn't a dig at posties either - more at the Post Office!

Late delivery times are down to the Post Office normally. Change of routes and shift patterns I think.

The practice of carding when you have not got the package in your bag gets on my tits. It will be why the post office goes bust.

It's done because then they don't have to carry it back again.

I caught my postie doing this when he was supposed to be delivering a package to me. I heard him shut the gate after carding as he had not knocked on the door. When I caught up with him it transpired he did not have the package and assumed no one would be in to sign for it.   Angry   (I'd been waiting in for it)

Don't use the post office now unless I have to and probably never will if I can help it.

Well someone has to be the last to get the post, not everyone can get it at the same time Smiley
