Just spent half an hour or so trying to catch a bloody mouse the cats had decided to bring in and let go in the lounge...its very hard to hold a sofa up with one hand and try and drag a cat out from under it as its decided it would be a good time to dive under and try and get the mouse....two cats and I ended up catching it myself sheesh!...Voodoo....

We have a cat like that. She is forever bringing in mice, and we had some right old drama's trying to catch the live ones.

I hate when people compare Lemmy with God, i know he is great but he is not gonna be Lemmy, ever If your Dad hasnt got a beard, you've got two Mums there's no point it lookin' pretty if we can't drive it.

I have three cats, two of which are mousers but often bring live ones in and release them in the living room!
The other one just sits on a chair, watches the mouse run past and says 'I wish that mouse would slow down, it's making me feel tired' and goes to sleep.
But I have a secret weapon! A box with a 'door' cut in it - I bait with a piece of biscuit (mice can't resist malted milk) and leave it near where the mouse was last seen - with a heavy weight on it so the cats can't move it! Check the next day and there's usually a bright-eyed pointy face peering out at me!

When I first moved into Taz's cottage I discovered she's a cold hearted killer when it comes to rodents. She zaps them with an electric mouse trap then drops them in a bucket of water to make sure they're deaded. Several times I've left for work in the early hours to frind frozen miceicles in the bucket. Don't ever upset Tanya.

No he stays in there in the hope of more biscuits and cos he knows the cat can't get in there! I guess. It works anyway.
