Done, but would be nice if you could repost in a smaller size when you figure out how. I'm off to bed now so turn the lights out when you leave eh. G'night.

That's better Wink
They say a piccie's worth a 1000 words don't they. Looks like the short length of red tubing in the photos is the screw on collar from the heavy guage ERW tubing we use for our trike frames. Wouldn't have occurred to me to use that, or to cut a square plate -I'd have probably had Reg the lathe man machine up a collar to take up the difference in tube diameters. Yours works just as well & costs nothing. Well done.

Ooops I forgot to take a phot of mine and it's gone to have the carbs sorted now!  Never mind, I think it's somwhat similar to the above.  It has a square plate on the end of each shaft which is quite handy cos the square gives four corners for the bolts to go in when they're mated up.

Hi Baldyshinyhead.
Saw the pics....well impressed, will be doung similar to my 535 virago, difference being that I will have to have a u.j at each end by the look of things to get the angle. There is no uj at the engine.
The pics speak a thousand words.....much better than any explanation ever could be....why do you think manuels have pics!!!!!!
Great stuff, hope all goes well with the build for you.
I can't get a reliant axle so am going to use a suzuki sj410 axle...diff ratio is 4.111...
hope the 535 has enough power....probably will have.
Take care, have fun, ride safe

Where did that 13mm spanner go then?
