it is supposed to be a gpz1100 front but i cant find a disc to fit
any ideas?

Definitely a GPZ wheel, I've got one for my chop project, and the bolt pattern for the disc matches.

Actually, it might be a Z wheel.

These look like they might fit, but would need a little more investigating before you commit.

On my Z 1 it only has 4 bolt holes so not same as mine....Voodoo...

i had wheels from a older z650 had 4 holes for discs and the newer gpz (or gt) wheels had 7 holes for discs and i can tell you the discs were about £90 each new and took me a while to find a good set of used ones off ebay . if you ask dizzy i might have given him spare discs when i sold him my chop, if it helps

Good news Chewie.

Just been an had  a look for you and the wheel you have is definitely a GT750 wheel coz I`ve got a spare one here with bothe discs on as well as a tyre. Discs need a clean up but loads of meat on em.
Whereabouts are you? I`m in Essex if we can sort it out it`s yours if you want it.
