Nothing official or particularly organised about this one, but if you're in the Surrey area, there's always a big gathering of bikes of all types at Boxhill on New Years Day.
A couple of miles outside Dorking on the Leatherhead road. Cafe on site. Grab a bacon sarnie & a coffee & have a wander round the bikes, or ride up "Zig Zag Road" to take in the view across Surrey from the top of the hill. Or if you've made a New Year's resolution to get that flabby bod back into shape, you could always walk up!
