It was only a 16 mile trip but I discovered that all my riding muscles have disappeared!  Had to reluctantly decide that today's ride to Shepton was not on - think 100 miles today might have finished me off!  Better build up gradually.

Anyway, yesterday I went to visit my daughter and family then down to the bay about 2 minutes from their house.  It was such a beautiful day I got a bit carried away with the camera.  Also included a few I took the day before in Poole.
