I guess there's really nothing to stop anyone picking up on an avatar that's available on the forum.  You could try asking him/her nicely?

It is confusing to have 2 peeps using the same one, he/she prolly didn't know it was in use...

Yeah, it's happened a couple of times now. People tend to think the members list is a sort of library of available avatars. I once had it happen with mine on the 100% Biker forum. Not Cider Ray's fault if he hasn't seen it in use by Pete yet.
If you're reading this Ray, pick another eh, or how about using a photo of yourself or your bike? And welcome to the site!  Grin
