They want to do it all online but they don't make it bloody easy do they!


I've changed my email address so I wanted to inform them so I filled in all the details to access their site with my old email cos that's what they have - and they said thanks for contacting us and finished the contact!

Had another go now and found somewhere to tell them what I want them to know but I'm not expecting that to be the end of it!
