Hi guys I said a while back that I had been given an XJ600N on an R plate with a dodgy gerabox. I'm having a look around for an engine, no rush to buy yet but I want to be prepared, like the good little boy scout I'm not. The question is what XJ engines will fit? Ive seen xj 600s, diversion, pre diversion etc, etc.
Please help coz I'm really confused at the moment as to what will fit what.
Thanks
Regards

Hello Andy, thanks for the info about your engine I'll have to check out the cost of getting it down here via courier or someone. I'm not ready for an engine just at the mo and things are a 'bit tight' just now. I'll contact you when I'm ready and if you've still got it we'll do the deal.
Thanks again

im not sure but think pre diversion (xj) were upright motors but diversions were on a forward slope as carbs are vertical on them i would just check before spending i buit a divi chop and there different to xj motors
