Throttle control, this one is really scary, remote throttle control so if your in a 30 mph zone the bike will do no more than 30 you have no control of the throttle unless you decrease speed.

Please people if your not already a member of MAG join, apart from getting discount on many things including insurance (Archie) you will be fighting against all the stupid legislation that the EU are bringing in, the above being just a few of them.

As an airgun shooter we have a form of anti tamper on some of our guns so that power levels cant be raised.If your gun goes over the legal limit your liable even though you cant do anything to bring the power down.So if your bike has remote throttle and anti tamper fitted and something goes wrong you get a ticket for doing 35 in a 30 on a bike that is supposed to incapable of that speed you will be liable even though there's nothing you can do about it.Bit of an arse isn't it
