The new engine parts arrived today so we will be fitting them tomorrow then firing up again. Will be keeping our fingers crossed nothing else breakes.

Bob had to buy a new set of lash (tappet) adjusters & hold down studs after some of the old 1s broke. Fitted them today & wanted to fire up the car but run out of light & time.

We got all the new parts fitted but took a lot longer than we 1st thought it would & then ran out of time & light to fire the thing up, might try again next saturday as it would be great to have the car running for MOPARS @ BROOKLANDS next sunday.

The gearbox has been repaired but it took all the money left in the kitty so most likely wont be out this year now. If anything changes will let you know soon as.
