The only thing we can offer is a towing arm that clamps around the fork legs of trikes. I'm guessing you mean to tow a car though?

 Grin I think I'm about to aquire another beetle! With a 1600 rebuilt lump and unleaded heads. Oohhhhh can't wait to get started.
