well weve all heard of countin chickens before thay hatch. took ,MEG, my daily for mot this morning thought it should pass but the hand brake isnt the best but if you pull it hard on it holds ok told this to ,pete, the mot tester and he said ok they were never good h/brakes on omega,s anyway he found a couple of brake pipe ends a bit grotty and advised me that if i promised to change them and he found nowt else he,d pass it great i thought. then onto the brake rollers all foot/service brakes ,,eccellant,, then came the dreaded h/brake he pulls it on and its very nearly good enough then he pulls it a bit harder and ,,BANG,,grind, grind,,grind the f####ng hand brake shoe,s disintigrated OH,SH1TE he shouted youre gonna have to fix that ,,,and whilst youre at it,, you best do them pipe,s all my ramps and brake tools are 86 miles away at wonderland looks like i,ll be lying on me back under ,MEG, for a few days now

it is worse now its in bits its gonna cost a bomb as i,v found a damaged brake caliper ,,,, :oits got hammer ,rash,, from some time years ago there a chunk ,chipped/knocked out where the pads sit, previous bad workman ship,,,, so to do it correctly it going to be , two rear calipers,, two rear discs ,pad set ,, h/brake shoes couple of fitting kits,, a roll and a half of brake pipe as the pipes are the front to rears ,, fluid ,, pipe nuts etc, etc,, and i,v got to do it all on my own (billy no mates) lay on my back as i havnt got a ramp or pit here yet,,
