They have all types of motors there, the north london barmy army turn up, and there's usually about 6 classic bikes, we'll be taking asome rats down next year though. Title: Re: Hatfield Classic Car rally Post by: carl on April 01, 2006, 09:10:37 AM we did an outside bar last year for a transport fest just down the road from farley wallop hill, the barmy arm were there, they went out for a curry in an ex police armoured prisoner truck, the one used for the ira bombers! they had an aluminium american tank with a massive supercharged 2 stroke engine. After being on the beer all day i asked if i could have a go (catch em when they are most vunerable) so i sat on top of this thing while we charged around the site doing sort of tank handbreak turns, pretty freaky at about 30-40mph, got told of for chewing up the field
