Time moves on.......

The last veteran of World War Two's Great Escape, Jack Lyons, has died at the age of 101 - just days before the 75th anniversary of the audacious bid for freedom.

Strangely, I visited a prisoner of war camp on Monday.
I was in Yorkshire over the weekend & stopped off at Eden Camp in Malton on the way back. It was a British prison camp, holding 1,500 foreign prisoners during World War 2.
