I hope you have received plenty of support for your two important causes, Prostate Cancer and Male Mental Health. The latter is especially important when you consider the highest suicide rate in the UK is for men aged 40–44 years. Suicide is a worry across both sexes, and agewise, even in teenagers when a problem seems magnified so much. Plus they have to deal with Social Media. I'm glad that wasn't about when I was a teenager.
