Title: 'A' Axle Pinion Cover
Post by: paulywombats on June 02, 2017, 03:43:49 AM
Hi All

Thanks for reading this post.

I could do with the metal cover that goes behind the pinion flange on a 'A' axle.

It is missing from the axle I am using for my project.

Any help would be appreciated. Or advise on where I might get one.

Cheers

Paul

As far as I'm aware the cover you are referring to is actually part of the coupling flange. Some, probably those for the smaller UJ don't have one.

Thanks olds, I remember now, this one didn't come with it, the last one I had did.

Probably not make a difference, just thought it was for keeping the seal cleaner.
