started a strip down and rebuild of the CX

Thought you'd be concentrating on getting the XS on the road first.

I thought the same as olds

yeah i am concentrating on the XS  but awaiting parts ,

and it and the trike are side by side with a willy,s jeep,  that is also awaiting parts  ::) ::)

looking at a bigger workshop ,, but wont know if its going to happen  for about a month

Just don't over-reach yourself Mike! (hope I know you well enough to say that).  Don't want to see you on the downward spiral again, which is what happens when you do too much at the same time!

TOO LATE  was the cry ,,lol,,
looking at a vintage 6x4 foden  dump truck to restore  and a possible workshop / garage venture  ::) ::)

well i did it  ::) ::)

took to much on ,, and the ,black dog bit me again,

plus i fell ,, think i got a couple of cracked ribs,, the hernia popped out again  and my IBS flared up  all in just under 24hrs

so its slowed me down a  bit

Mike, I have another friend who suffers in a similar manner and I initially thought he had bi-polar disorder . He got himself checked over and turns out he has Borderline Personality Disorder which really could be summed up as a rapid recyling bi-polar ie the time separation from ups and downs are not measured in months but in days. Sometimes it can be multiple episodes on a single day.

It pains me to see anyone suffering from the huge variety mental health issues that can afflict any of us ( me included) and I wish you well in sorting this. The first step is getting a PROPER diagnosis . It's NOT a quick fix but it CAN be fixed .

But it sounds as if you haven't lost your sense of humour!  - keep using that, you'll be needing it!
BTW What is it with you and ribs?

got a bad itchy cough  and need a good coughing session to clear things,,, but i can,t coz  my ribs hurt ,,  ::)

all progress  as the roof has started pee-ing in ,, the s/h roof sheets  had all the old holes filled up with sealer  and the pesky  birds have pecked it all out  and were  having heavy storms

Well you just have to sit it out mate..it's only a hobby..get better first dude

put some pop rivets in them mike.

can any body identify  the speedo that was fitted to my cx trike  it worked of a magnet on the front wheel  but the magnet has  buggered of

so i need  a replacement  magnet or complete set up

i,m hoping that somebody on this site remembers this set up

Should imagine that any small magnet superglued to the wheel would do Mike.

well just a quick up date ==NO PROGRESS, it looks like i maybe losing  the workshop shed and storage,,, :'( :'( :'(  and i,m out of pocket for materials and work done for the yards owners  >:( >:(

well,, the latest is   no  more progress as yet  but i,m thinking about trying to get back onto this project ,, just trying to work a few things out
but health and finances  seam to be fighting me every inch of the way ,,

ITS definetly for sale  as i have to get out of the yard asap ,, just as i thought i was starting to make some progress ::) ::)
