Copper plated, but "not registered as a Harley Davidson".

Copper plated, but "not registered as a Harley Davidson".

A bit contradictory that when it says in its title "Harley Davidson Softail Custom Bobber Chopper". Just what has it been registered as, because it is obviously not a Q plate?

It was UK registered in April 2000 as a "Custom Chrome" and made in the USA. I assume it was assembled by them (or for them) using parts from their catalogue. It does have a Harley engine and front end but that's about it.
