Wouldn`t it be easier to replace the pin?

the yokes don't seem to be solid enough. around the pin area to put a bigger pin in.it would need to be a 30 or 35mm pin
the forks are of a gpz600r

terry...........I recently bought some bearings for mine, that no one else seemed to have, from a place on the 'net, think it was called motorcycle bearings. v.g. service and cheap and VERY helpful too, I'll try to find the address...........
Here you go.Im 99% sure these are the people.......Marksman Bearings  01252 345 455 They also do the bearing seals. If they havent got it listed give them a ring ,thats what I did,and after phoning about 6 other suppliers ,they sorted it for me.Hope you have some success

I have tride my local brr bearing shop and they said that size is not in there catalogue.the main problem is the head stock was custom made

this is the yoke on the headstock. with the nut to hold the bearing in place done right up hand tight.you can see its about 20mm longer.

Cant see any pics terry. Is the 20mm gap you are talking about going to be taken up by the extension you showed on your drawing (saw it earlier, cant see now!)

You could turn down the end of a bigger pin so that it would fit the yoke.
